Hi friends ek simple meditation try karo. Maine kiya and felt tremendous energy. Exercises kar lo pehle fir ek andhere room mein baitho...east yah north direction face karke. Room mein shanti honi chahiye koi na aaye. Aankhein band karke yeh sunna hai aur feel karna hai...aansun (tears) aane lage to soch lena connected ho gaye. Dil mein dard hone lage to soch lena connected ho gaye. Dhakar yah burps aane lage matlab energy flow ho raha hai. Please share your experience. Yeh karne ke baad bhi exercise karni hai. Batao kaisa laga..

Its divine Rupali....although my sorrounding was not what you advised but I am completely in trancedental and Anand....this bhajan is divine.....I am relistening it....
Di ..I did it for the first time.. It was a like acupressure therapy.. I cried too.. there was a really heavy feeling in the beginning.. then my head felt heavy and gradually it subsided.. I also saw Anindita di .. she was sitting on a bed with a book but looking to the front .. it was an amazing experience..
