WHAT IS RHYThMIC (YOGIC) BREATHING?

Deep abdominal "6-3-6-3" Rhythmic breathing: In our busy day-to-day lives we often get stressed out. Some of us hardly get time to exercise or meditate. Yogic breathing is a very simple way to de-stress, energize and heal your body. You can sit, stand or lie down while doing it. It takes 5 mins to do it and the results are wonderful. 

 

It involves deep abdominal inhaling for 6 counts, holding the breath for 3 counts,deep abdominal exhaling for 6 counts and again holding the breath for 3 counts. When done in a rhythm it produces fantastic results. One should do it in a clean place.  

 

Effects of Yogic breathing :

 

- Increased absorption of oxygen in the body

- More amount of toxins are expelled from the body

- Aura becomes bigger and brighter 

- Body gets healed

- One feels more energetic and less stressed
