Hindi mein likhti hoon so that all members can understand. Jab tum kitchen mein aati ho chai banane. Us waqt tumhe kya dikhta hai? Gas, chai banane ka bartan, chai patti, doodh, sugar. But iska matlab yeh nahi ki kitchen mein jo baki cheezain rakhi hai woh tum bhool gaye. Kitchen ke ek kone mein shayad bahot dino se ek toota chammach rakha hoga jo abhi kisi kaam ka nahi. But humara focus uspe nahi hai. Humara focus un cheezon pe hota hai jo hum roz use karte hain.
Similarly memories ko khatam nahi kiya jata....woh kahin na kahin dimag mein rahti hai jaise bachpan mein aisi kitni saari baatein......jo humein ab yaad nahi but koi yaad dilay to yaad aa jayega.
To kisi bad memory ko bhulana hai to doosri achhi important cheezon pe focus karne lago. Easiest way ki Krishna devotion. But first forgiveness saadhna karke pain se chutkara paa lo. Memory to rahegi par pain nahi rahega.....
Uske baad focus on only positive things. Its a practice...... Slowly woh bad memories yaad nahi aayenge. Humara mind ek tape recorder jaise hota hai....hum jo rewind karke baar baar sunenge wahi yaad rahega.....good cheezain baar baar yaad karo.....n focus on Krishna....u will see the difference.....slowly pain bhi chala jayega n us memory ka utna impact bhi nahi rahega 😊
